All of our alloys have been selected for their adaptability and inherent qualities and for their sustainability. None of our alloys contain lead or mercury. All of our copper alloys are registered United States Environmental Protection Agency antimicrobials.

CDA 865 | Same color and composition as 60/40 Yellow Brass but without lead. Commonly used for structural parts, brackets, screw down nuts, pressing dies for wood pulp, wear rings, cams, bushings, valve Stems, worm gears, and more. It has good machinability. |
Everdur Silicon Bronze |
CDA 873 | A gold colored high copper alloy. Excellent corrosion resistance. Can be brazed, gas and electric welded. Can be bent for cold working. Used for bolts, burrs, butts, clamps, cotter pins, hinges, marine hardware, nuts, pole line hardware, screws, propeller shafts. Bearings, bells, impellers, pump and valve components, marine fittings, corrosion resistant castings. |
Tombasil Silicon Brass |
CDA 876 | A copper alloy with good corrosion resistance, machinability and strength. A lead free alloy that can be used in drinking water delivery systems. Bearings, gears, impellers, rocker arms, valve stems, brush holders, bearing races, small boat propellers. |

ZA-12 | High strength, naturally corrosion resistant material that can be a cost effective replacement for many cast iron and aluminum applications, using existing tooling. Casting Size Limits
Castings up to 36 inches long can be cast in our foundry.
